What we collect. Your name, contact details, CV, work history, skills, salary or rate expectations, and your preferences. We also collect our assessment notes and scores, and referee details and comments with your permission.

Why we collect it. To assess your business analysis capability, match you to roles, and (only with your permission each time) put you forward to clients. If you tick the optional box, we also use it to send you role alerts and our BA Market Pulse.

Who we share it with. We share it with a client only after you agree to that specific role. We also use service providers that store data for us: our CRM (GoHighLevel), our placement platform, email delivery and payment processing. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We do not sell your information.

What happens if you don't provide it. We may not be able to assess you or put you forward for roles.

Access and correction. You can ask to see or correct your information at any time.

Retention. We keep your profile for [24] months after your last contact with us, then delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Complaints. Contact us first. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
